If you could stop time you wouldn’t do tests you could just take stuff from shops and live off that

So these are most of our goodies left as souvenirs from our first full day in Lubbock, Texas! Our day started off brilliantly: I got to eat Texas-shaped waffles and they were totally delicious! Afterward, we got some groceries from Wal-Mart and then met up with my aunt Debbie and cousins Perri and Brin (Brin being tomorrow’s bride!). We went to the mall, where, while everyone was off getting mani-pedi’s, I snuck off to Barnes & Noble and bought a new copy of Fellowship of the Ring. Unfortunately, I only had $20 for books, which meant that I had to pass up the opportunity to buy collectable editions (!!!) of books like To Kill a Mockingbird, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, etc. etc. etc.

In any case, we got lunch at the mall and then (after my aunt ran around the mall for a good half-hour looking for shoes) headed to my aunt’s rental house to prepare for the rehearsal dinner.

Luckily, I didn’t have to go to the rehearsal dinner. Instead, my aunt Nancy, my mom, and I drove to the IMAX theater and saw Star Trek: Into Darkness. I haven’t been to an IMAX theater in about six years, and I was absolutely blown away. Not only was the movie audibly, visually, and emotionally epic, but oh my sweet baby jesus Benedict was AMAZING we were given free posters while leaving! It’s super gorgeous, not to mention, I kept the ticket stub (as per usual) and it was all in all just a spectacular cinematic experience.

After the movie, the three of us headed to Dairy Queen. I’m sure you can guess that that was a good time ^_^

So, tomorrow’s the day of the wedding! I’m super excited for it, my dress is beautifully cute, I’m getting Sonic for lunch, and it’s going to be absolutely wonderful!

you know what I love? everyone’s mutual love and respect for harry potter

we might not all talk about Harry Potter that much but no matter what wars between or inside fandoms are happening, Harry Potter still trumps everything else and makes it irrelevant 

if someone makes a Harry Potter reference it’s immediately understood no matter what other fandoms you’re in

Yeah! They got off the plane in LAX yesterday and then were seen in Hollywood earlier today/last night! I’ve heard rumors that they’re going to film a new MV in Alamo, Texas, but as far as I know, they’re only in Cali right now :)
